Corn on the

The Valley Regulators will be your hosts for the 2019 SASS Canadian National Championships and the 2019 SASS Canadian Wild Bunch Championships. These events will be held at our world - renowned Boomtown range.

The Cowgirls and Cowboys of Boomtown have always striven to provide their guests with  a memorable culinary  experience. Our aim is to always serve hearty, rib-stickin' fare in the most congenial of atmospheres.

The Friday Steak Night, where the Cowgirls and Cowboys get to cook their own rib-eye steak and then chow down on corn-on-the-cob, picked that morning, has always been a popular favourite with our guests.

At the 2016 SASS Canadian Nationals, the Valley Regulators invited a new local company, The Pickled Carrot Catering Co. to handle the chuckwagon duties. These folks set mouths a-waterin' with their home-style cookin'. Southern Fried Chicken, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Drumsticks, Cedar Planked Mashed Potatoes and Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake were just a few of the wildly popular items on the menu.

AND GUESS WHAT!!!… THEY'RE BACK!!!

Yep, we couldn't believe our luck either. Steve and Muriel had an opening in their busy calendar and they'll be providing breakfasts & lunches for the weekend events as well as catering the Saturday & Sunday night Banquets.
